Lepe Salam-Pir

Solicitor

Lepe studied law at London Metropolitan University, graduating with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2003 before qualifying as a solicitor in 2006.

Having begun her legal career with a small firm in central London she later moved to Philcox Gray, where she was made a partner in 2011.

Lepe relocated to her home town of Bradford in 2016 and used this opportunity to take a career break to spend time with her three children.

Lepe specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce, separation and the dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, children disputes, property and financial matters. Lepe also speaks fluent Bengali.

Lepe is a member of Resolution, a 6500 strong group of family lawyers who promote a non-confrontational approach to family law issues with the aim of resolving matrimonial matters quickly, cost effectively and amicably.

Outside work, Lepe is always up for a challenge; in recent years she has taken up archery, cycling and classical Arabic – apparently the latter is still a work in progress!

Lepe recently raised £3000 for a community based charitable cause in her home town of Bradford. She has also previously raised funds to support Syrian refugees.

Lepe joined us in February 2019 and is based at our Halifax office.
