Michelle Pearson

Michelle has more than 30 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2005.

Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of solicitors’ firms and licensed conveyancing practices, building extensive experience in handling a broad range of property matters.

Based at our Halifax office, Michelle handles a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling both within the UK and abroad, as well as spending time with family and friends.
