Lowri-Ashley Greaves
Can you tell me about your career journey?
I started my legal career back in 2018 as a Legal Assistant, which gave me a great grounding in civil litigation and what it really means to support clients during stressful disputes. In 2023 I began my training contract, getting handsâÂÂon experience with a wide mix of cases and learning how to manage them from start to finish. I qualified as a Solicitor in December 2024, and since then I’ve been focused on civil litigation and dispute resolution — helping people untangle problems and find practical ways forward.
When did you officially start working at the firm?
1st December 2025
What made you apply for the role/firm?
I applied because the firm already had such a strong reputation locally, and I knew it would be a place where I could really grow. The quality of work and the firm’s long-standing history were big draws for me.
What stood out to you about the firm?
The culture was what really caught my attention. The number of longâÂÂserving staff says a lot about the kind of workplace it is — supportive, friendly, and somewhere people genuinely enjoy working. That sense of stability and loyalty made the firm feel like the right fit for me.
Can you tell me about your role?
I’m a Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor, which means I help clients deal with all kinds of disputes - from contract issues to property matters to recovering money owed. I guide people through the process, whether that’s negotiating a solution or taking a case through formal court proceedings, my aim is always to make things as clear and manageable as possible.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I like to keep active and keep my mind busy. You’ll usually find me reading a good book, at the gym, doing Muay Thai, running, or practicing Irish dancing. They’re all great ways to switch off!
