Meet licensed conveyancer Michelle Pearson

Michelle Pearson joined our Residential Conveyancing team in March 2026. We asked her a few questions about her career, what brought her to Wilkinson Woodward, and what she enjoys doing outside of work.

Q: Tell us about your role.

I deal with a wide range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, remortgages and transfers of equity. With more than 30 years’ experience in conveyancing, I manage a full and varied caseload of residential property matters.

Q: Tell us about your career journey.

I have worked in conveyancing for more than 30 years and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2005. Over the years, I have worked across a variety of solicitors’ firms and licensed conveyancing practices. Before joining Wilkinson Woodward, I worked for Angela Viney Conveyancing Services from 2009, where I managed the Shelf office.

Q: What attracted you to Wilkinson Woodward?

I had dealt with Wilkinson Woodward for many years and felt it was the right time to make a move. The firm has an excellent local reputation. It is well respected and trusted within the community and still holds traditional values.

Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling both in the UK and abroad, as well as spending time with family and friends.

With more than 30 years’ experience in conveyancing, Michelle has invaluable knowledge and expertise, and we are delighted to have her as part of the team.
