Thanks for helping us to raise £200 for Cornerstone Memory Cafe

We'd like to thank visitors to last year's Brighouse Christmas Market for helping us to raise £200 for The Cornerstone Memory Café in Brighouse. 

If you visited this popular festive event you might have spotted staff from our Brighouse office handing out festive treats in return for a small donation.

Thanks to your generosity, we collected £194.86 and this week presented a cheque for £200 to Kath Mashinter from Cornerstone Church.  Cornerstone Memory Café is run by the Church for people with dementia and their carers. The group provides an opportunity to make new friends whilst enjoying refreshments and a wide variety of activities. The group meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 2pm until 4pm at Brighouse Civic Hall.
