Boy living as a girl is removed from his mother's care

A seven-year-old boy who has been "living life entirely as a girl" has been removed from his mother's care after a recent ruling.

The Judge, Mr Justice Hayden, said the mother had caused her son “significant emotional harm” and criticised local social services staff responsible for the boy's welfare.Family court litigation began about three years ago after the father raised concerns about not having contact with his son.
