Due to expansion, we are looking for experienced conveyancer to join our team based in Huddersfield.

THE ROLE:

• This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to thrive within a supportive and friendly environment.
• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice with an emphasis on outstanding client care as this is the heart of our business.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications sought from experienced residential conveyancers.
• Has a focus on delivering excellent client service.
• Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills.
• Can manage competing priorities and work effectively within a busy team.
• Is skilled at dealing with AML and other necessary compliance.
• Is enthusiastic, proactive, and friendly
