Welcoming our new trainee, Georgia.

We are excited to introduce our new trainee, Georgia Holding! 

Based in our Huddersfield office, Georgia will work alongside our Director, Laura Kurowski, as she begins her first seat, handling a mix of corporate, commercial and property matters. 

Georgia, who has a non-legal background, completed her undergraduate degree in Sociology at Bangor University. She later joined Ramsdens Solicitors LLP, where she worked as a corporate paralegal for five years. She also completed her GDL and LPC part-time on weekends during this period. 

Not one to relax in her spare time, Georgia is the Events Officer for the Kirklees and Calderdale Junior Lawyers Division. This non-profit organisation arranges professional development and networking events for local aspiring lawyers. 

Living in Huddersfield, Georgia enjoys being involved with her local community and frequently attends local events, workshops and festivals, which give her an opportunity to learn something new, be creative or eat some good food!

In the evenings, Georgia enjoys spending time with her partner and their friends and family, including her Cockapoo, Olive. Game nights are a regular occurrence! To unwind, Georgia loves to read and always has a book or two on the go.
