Meet Dawn Prest - the newest addition to the Boococks team

Dawn joined Boococks busy sales and rentals team in January 2020. With over thirty years ‘experience in residential property sales in Calderdale, she knows every inch of the local property market like the back of her hand.

Dawn is never happier than when she’s helping people to buy or sell property and says that dealing with customers is the most rewarding part of her job.

Dawn’s role involves marketing both sales and rental properties and helping vendors and buyers, landlords and tenants through the process, including dealing with tenancy applications right through to move-in, as well as negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.

Dawn has lived in Calderdale since the tender age of 11. Outside work she enjoys walking and spending time with her young grandchildren.
