Emily Fish joins the Wilkinson Woodward family team

We're delighted to welcome solicitor Emily Fish to our Family team.

Emily graduated from the University of Warwick in 2003 with a degree in English Literature. After returning home and deciding to pursue a career in law, Emily studied for two years at the BPP Law School where she completed a law conversion course as well as her Legal Practice Course.

After completing her legal studies, Emily joined Armitage Sykes where she completed her training contract and began to specialise in family law, transferring to Ramsdens in early 2017.

For the past nine years - barring a brief career break to spend time with her new baby son - Emily has developed a broad experience in matrimonial law, divorce, separation, children disputes and financial matters.

Emily is a member of Resolution, a national organisation comprising some 6,500 family lawyers and other professionals who are each committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. She is also a member of The Law Society Family Law Panel.

Emily, 35, is looking forward to working closely with her established contacts in Brighouse, Halifax and Huddersfield, as well as working with new clients. Outside work, Emily lives in Huddersfield with her husband and 18 month old son.

Emily joined Wilkinson Woodward in August 2017 and is based at our Huddersfield office.
