Police station

If you or a friend or relative are arrested or asked to attend a police station voluntarily then we can give you advice over the phone and attend the interview personally, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Ordinarily this is FREE OF CHARGE regardless of your financial situation.

Magistrates’ Court

If you are charged with a criminal offence or summonsed to a Magistrates’ court we can represent you for all offences from road traffic offences, assaults, thefts and burglaries to very serious crime. Our services will often be covered by Legal Aid.

Motoring offences

Legal aid is not available for many motoring offences.  In many cases for a single hearing in the magistrates’ court we will be able to represent you for a fixed fee of £300 plus vat but this will depend upon the nature, complexity and location of the court hearing.  Please contact us with details about your case and we will be happy to provide you with a fixed fee for your case.

Crown Court

We are experienced in dealing with more serious offences at the Crown Court including murder, manslaughter, sexual offences, complex frauds and major drugs offences.
