Sam Jackson


Sam qualified in 2009 and is a Qualified Duty Solicitor specialising in all areas of  criminal defence work. He has defended the full range of criminal offences, from road traffic offences to murder. Sam is regularly called upon to represent clients at police stations, Magistrate’s Courts and Crown Courts.

Sam is also a qualified member of the Children Panel and has represented parents in Care Proceedings at the County Court and in the Family Proceedings Court. He is also often instructed by relatives wanting to be involved in court proceedings or who want to care for the children involved in a case.

Sam joined Wilkinson Woodward in 2007 and is based at our Halifax office.
