Wilkinson Woodward Welcomes Criminal law specialist Erica Topham

We're delighted to welcome nationally known criminal law specialist Erica Topham to the Wilkinson Woodward fold.


Erica has represented clients throughout the country in aspects of criminal law ranging from criminal damage to murder and from theft to conspiracy and extradition. She holds her higher rights of audience in the Crown Court and defends daily in Magistrates Courts in Calderdale and throughout England.


Erica is a member of the criminal duty solicitor scheme and represents clients at police stations, magistrate’s courts and crown courts for all types of offence.  She specialises in the defence of serious and general crime, drugs fraud and confiscation, historic sexual offences, rape, kidnap, grievous bodily harm, fraud and money laundering.
