Help at the Police Station
If you, or a relative, or a friend are arrested or are asked to attend voluntarily at the police station, then call us immediately. We can provide advice and assistance over the telephone and in person at the police station.
Help at the Courts
If you instruct us to represent you in either the Magistrates or the Crown Court, we will undertake all
the necessary preparation as promptly as possible to
ensure that your case is presented properly and efficiently.
We can help with bail applications and attend Court with you.
Representation at the Magistrates Court is often covered
by Legal Aid and it is our policy to apply for this at the
earliest opportunity
