As members of the Children Panel we can provide specialist help with care proceedings and are experienced in representing children and other parties, including parents, grandparents and other adults in such public law.
We are here to act on behalf of the child or parent in care cases, child protection investigations and emergency applications and offer confidential advice on parents’ and children’s rights.
The department also advises and acts in adoption proceedings.
