Professional Standards & Fees

Wilkinson Woodward operates to the most rigorous professional standards.
At the outset of a case we will advise you of the personnel who will be handling it and we will act in accordance with your instructions.

At your request and if appropriate all copies of documentation and correspondence will forwarded to you.

If you wish to terminate our service prior to conclusion of the matter, such termination must be in writing and marked for the attention of the person dealing with your case.

Quality of Service

It is our aim to give you the best possible service but if you feel that for any reason we have failed to provide this, please discuss this with the person handling the matter. If this does not resolve things then please ask for a copy of our Complaints Procedure.

Fees

Fees charged at an agreed hourly rate according to time spent in connection with your case. All time spent is recorded, including all  meetings, travel,  telephone calls, research, letters and document preparation.

The hourly rates may be subject to review and you will be advised of any revisions. In addition the fees will reflect other relevant circumstances, including the importance, urgency and complexity of the case.

All fees are subject to the addition of Value Added Tax. We can only accept payments in cash under £500.

We reserve the right to payment in advance in respect of all disbursements to be incurred.
